Monica Clare are working with an established, well-regarded trade company in the Charlestown area. They are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. With a busy year ahead supporting the construction industry, the team is expanding and they are in need of additional administration support. 

In this role you will:
  • Supporting the team with all administration duties 
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries 
  • Checking and receiving orders
  • Liaising with a number of stakeholders include local Councils
  • Invoicing using Xero
Essentially you will have the following:
  • Previous experience in an administration role in a trade environment 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Friendly and approachable, with professional presentation
  • Ability to pick up systems and use MS Office
  • Enjoy working in a varied role and able to prioritise tasks
