Monica Clare Recruitment work with a range of organisations in various industries across the Newcastle / Hunter Valley region. We are calling for expressions of interest for upcoming temporary assignments. You must be available to start immediately. 

Typical duties include:

  • Manage incoming calls, directing them accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Manage any mail responsibilities
  • Data entry, filing and archiving
  • Ordering stationary
  • Assist with other administration duties as required by the team
  • Maintain a professional presentation standard at all time
Essentially you will have:
  • A minimum of 12 months Administration or Reception experience within an office environment
  • A polished presentation and articulate communication skills
  • Solid all round administration skills are also essential
  • Strong MS Office skills 
  • Accurate data entry ability
