Work for this financial organisation in an administrative capacity where you will find no two day is the same.

Described as a busy role you will enjoy a day of customer engagement, administration and variety.  Supporting x3 financial advisors who all have great personalities you will enjoy the office banter knowing they are there to support you just as much as you are to support them.

Duties will offer variety and you will be working within a team that is collaborative.

Duties may include:

  • Providing full administrative support 
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and effective service to our client base.
  • Coordinating documentation from clients, advisers and third parties.
  • Booking appointments and liaising with clients.
  • Maintaining databases, ensuring record-keeping is up to date and compliant.
  • Liaising with third party services

Who are we looking for:

  • Knowledge of Xplan would be advantageous
  • 2-3 years’ experience an administrative role, financial services will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality and accurate work
  • Ability to independently deliver quality work 
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal 
  • Proactive approach with the desire to learn
