Our client is a reputable Tier 2 builder who has built their reputation on successfully delivering commercial and government projects.
This is a rare opportunity to join a professional construction team in Western NSW and gain mentoring, training, personal and career development.
You will work closely with Project and Construction Managers on:

You will work closely with Project and Construction Managers on:
- Tender documentation
- Project progress reports
- Contract compliance
- Contract variations and EOT's
- Cost forecasting
- Cost control
- Possess a Bachelor of Construction Management
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a contract administrator in construction
- Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
- Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
