Specialising in high-end Residential projects at the $1.5m - $3m investment level, this construction company has been awarded numerous industry awards for their creative project builds.
With confirmed project bookings into 2023, this company is in high demand due to their reputation and exceptional high-quality outcomes.

The Position
Currently they have an opening for an experienced Contract Administrator to play an integral role in the successful delivery of their projects.
In this role you will be responsible for the efficient management of Project activities, administration functions and any other related matters relating to construction and administration or as directed by the Project Manager.
You will be responsible for 7 - 8 projects at any given time and will contribute to the overall company objective of delivering award winning projects completed ahead of program and budget.

Key Accountabilities 
  • Prepare Scope of Works with Project Manager, manage tender evaluation and recommendations.
  • Review and approve subcontract documentation prior to issuing.
  • Ensure subcontractor statutory requirements are being met.
  • Progress claims – prepare and check payment authority.
  • Process subcontract variations in accordance with procedures.
  • Assess subcontract extension of time claims.
  • Prepares and agrees on project financial objectives with the Project Manager.
  • Identifies and minimises opportunities / risks.
  • Manages day-to-day commercial aspects of the site.
The Successful Candidate
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or commensurate industry
  • 5 + years demonstrated experience in a contract administration position
  • Strong decision making, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Computer literate including Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft word, Project, Excel and Outlook
