Monica Clare Recruitment is partnering with a client who has developed a brand new Contract Manager Role. We are seeking highly skilled candidates for a 12 month fixed term contract.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Preparing and reviewing contract documentation
  • Developing and managing the tender process
  • Advising staff on contract management matters and requirements
  • Identifying, developing and maintaining Preferred Supplier Agreements
  • Drafting contract agreements with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Dealing with contract variations, claims and disputes
Essentially you will have the following:
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of the tender and procurement process
  • Knowledge of contract law and its application to specific agreements
  • Extensive experience writing contracts, dealing with variation, claims and disputes
