Monica Clare Recruitment is partnering with a leading telecommunications, ICT and energy infrastructure construction and maintenance space based in Tuggerah. With a focus on delivering superior outcomes to their customers, they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. 
 
About the Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for providing high quality executive and administrative support services to the CEO and COO, allowing these roles to focus on optimising their time and energy on strategic matters

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Executive Assistant with a proven track record to take on this opportunity!

The role supports and holds the following responsibilities:
  • Manage the diaries and communication of the CEO and COO.
  • Assist with the preparation of papers, reports and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and COO.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and members of the SLT.
  • Coordinate meetings/calls with key external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow-up on actions from calls/meetings.
  • Assist with projects and operational tasks.
  • Assist with the coordination of MTA related events and CEO communications.
  • Provide backup support to the HR Assistant.
Essentially you will have:
  • Experience as an EA or high-level administrator
  • Tech savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical, systems and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrate reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism
