Our client is a stable, well-regarded organisation who put their clients and community at the forefront of everything they do. They are now seeking a strong administrator and customer service professional to join their facilities team. This is a full-time and permanent position based in the suburbs of Newcastle.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Providing customer service via phone, email and in person
  • Preparing documents and reports for clients
  • Maintaining and updating all database records, ensuring compliance is met
  • Coordinating contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Supporting the wider team with administration duties
Essentially you’ll have:
  • Experience with coordination and a solid background of administration
  • An ability to build rapport easily with others
  • Capable of problem solving and making timely decisions
  • A dynamic personality and a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated proficiency with systems and the MS Office Suite
