The Position
Reporting into the Executive Manager of Planning & Infrastructure, this role is varied and spans across internal and external stakeholders, IT vendors & contractors. You will utilise your leadership ability and manage all IT Infrastructure and Systems across the airport.
We are looking for a confident leader, with clear communication and highly skilled in relationship management.
Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the IT team and delivery of IT and system projects
  • Manage all internal/external IT stakeholder relationships and IT vendors and contractors
  • Management of all IT, technical systems, and cyber security
  • Provision of Level 3 systems and network support
  • Define, develop, champion and implement corporate IT strategies
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Define and develop IT & System strategic planning
The Successful Candidate
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Experience with IT Project Management, budget management, strategising and infrastructure solutions.
Desirable but not essential
  • Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in disaster recovery and incident management
