Our client is a multi award winning Legal and Conveyancing practice with big growth plans for 2021. They are passionate about what they do and have a lot to offer the greater community. 

This role is a newly created position within the business. To support the growing team, our client is seeking a skilled Practice Manager with prior Legal and Office Management experience to assist the business with their growth goals. 

Requirement of the role:

General HR duties
Generate employment contracts 
Staff training and development 
Managing the team 
Prepare and run staff meetings
Managing the business website 
Manage business marketing campaigns 
Write and develop systems and procedures 
Invoicing and receipting 
Business and trust account reconciliation 
Assist with social media content generation

Experience required: 

Prior legal practice management experience is a must
High level experience with Xero 
Must have experience working with Leap 
Have sound IT knowledge 
BAS Statement reporting experience is a must
