Monica Clare Recruitment is proud to be working with this dynamic and growing speciality manufacturer based in Tomago. As industry leaders, they provide a unique and exciting product to their nationwide client base.

Due to continued success, our client is seeking an experienced Operations Administration Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business whilst assisting with the coordination of projects. This is an initial temporary position until the New Year with the potential to become permanent for the right person. It is full-time hours, Monday to Friday. 

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Tracking the progression of projects 
  • Liaising with clients, updating them on workflow and expected completion dates
  • Assisting with monthly stocktakes
  • Maintaining materials worksheet
  • Organising transport, booking freight and maintaining schedule
  • Reviewing drawings/documents, assisting with procurement
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • General administration and ad-hoc support to the management team
Essentially you’ll have:
  • Experience in a similar role, previous exposure to projects or procurement 
  • Strong administration skills 
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to influence effectively across the organisation
  • Strong communication skills 
  • A proactive and driven approach
