Monica Clare Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading Newcastle employer who are seeking temporary staff to assist with a current project.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated candidates that are available for an immediate start. Training and support provided, high volume calls with no sales, purely customer service and updating information in their database.

This will be an initial 6 week assignment that has the possibility to extend or become permanent for the right person. It is full-time hours, Monday to Friday and is based in the Newcastle CBD.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Making outbound calls to customers 
  • Updating customer information in their database
  • Checking compliance of customers 
  • Booking in appointments 
  • Diverting technical calls to experienced team members 
Essentially you’ll have:
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment highly regarded but good customer service skills a must 
  • Excellent communication - particularly clear and concise verbal communication 
  • Great at building customer relationships
  • Accurate data entry ability
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment 
  • Available for an immediate start (or with minimal notice)
  • Happy to work in a temporary role
