Your new role
This position is a critical role within the Planning & Infrastructure team, providing support from Contracts Admin through to Document control & general Administration. You will need to have diverse knowledge and be flexible in your approach. 

Main duties & responsibilities: 
  • Managing and maintaining all internal documents including registers
  • Developing project files and Master Deliverable Register (MDR) 
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes 
  • Supporting the Project Delivery team 
  • Assist with tender preparation and contracts
  • Assist with accounts payable/ receivable 
  • Monthly report preparation 
  • Managing progress claims 
Qualifications & experience: 
  • High level MS Office Skills 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organized 
  • Ability and willingness to support the team 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Ideally have knowledge and experience with Aconnex 
  • Demonstrated capacity in a project based environment
