We are excited to be partnering once again with Lake Group Strata, an industry leading organisation based in Charlestown. They are seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.  
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a stable and progressive organisation who offer a clear pathway for growth and development. No experience in reception necessary but a confident, friendly nature and a willingness to learn a must.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls and handling enquiries
  • Taking messages and managing emails
  • Meeting and greeting visitors 
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Maintaining a tidy office area
  • Data entry, filing and scanning
  • Stocktake and ordering
  • Help manage administration duties
  • With further training, there is scope for growth with the opportunity to assist in all other aspects of the business
Essentially you’ll have: 
  • Experience working in a customer facing role desirable – this could be within a retail or hospitality setting
  • An enthusiastic, motivated and positive attitude
  • A willingness to learn
  • Excellent presentation and proven reliability and punctuality
  • An ability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • An ability to problem solve and use initiative, but also ask for clarification on procedures when required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competency in using computers and exposure to Microsoft Suites (Word and Excel)
