Your deep curiosity of people will see you successfully connect and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will have no geographical boundaries, restrictions, or earning potential while you recruit in a specialised area to become an expert in a specific segment of the market.  
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute & manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle 
  • Design & execute full recruitment marketing strategies & campaigns 
  • Building a reputable business across a specific sector
  • Develop & manage a defined client & candidate base
  • Identify & develop new business opportunities
  • Achieve individual sales activity targets & division revenue targets  
  • Build a strong local network – be known as the market leader 
  • Initiate various sourcing methodologies to identify top talent 
  • Deliver a prestigious recruitment consultancy and service  
  • Be a trusted recruitment advisor  
About You 
  • Passionate & driven with a commitment to thrive in a results-based environment
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to execute intellectual business discussions  
  • Ability to build strong influential relationships with a deep curiosity about people
  • Strong networking ability & knowledge across specific markets  
  • Consistent tenure in current and previous positions held
