Due to an internal promotion, this premium Kitchen brand is seeking another super star to join their sales rep team.

You will join a supportive team and one which shares the wins and the losses and will always be there to support you.  Your team leader is ready to guide you all the way however will also allow you to stamp your own personality and way of working on the patch. 
  
Responsibilities will include: 
  • Grow the business within the territory and trade customers
  • Develop and adhere to an effective call cycle based on business needs as well as regular store visits
  • Achieve monthly sales and margin targets on trade customer and products
  • Capture consumer, retail staff/management and competitor insights and communicate to the business
  • Ensure displays are best in class, using the merchandising and identify gaps in product range ensuring all point of sale is on display
  • Submit a monthly report on territory providing key insights based on data and field intel
  • Organise local and regional product training events
  • Develop and manage ongoing promotional calendar, activations and effectiveness within territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with trade customers
  • Attend and support VIP sales events 
  Who are we looking for:
  • Proven experience in a KPI sales driven role
  • Target driven and self-motivated; takes ownership of any challenges within territory and beyond job scope
  • Analytical; continually using data to optimise product ranges
  • Exceptional planning skills to optimise time management
  • Strong presentation and training ability; capture and maintain audience attention
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Previous experience in retail and small kitchen appliances is advantageous 
  • Fully licensed to drive passenger vehicles
