We are proudly partnering with Williams Designer Homes to find their next Selections Consultant to join their team in their Edgeworth office. As a respected custom home builder in the region, Williams Designer Homes pride themselves on providing quality product and services to their customers.
  
As the Selections Consultant, you will be assisting customers to choose the materials for their dream home. This is a full-time, permanent position where you can use your design knowledge to bring people’s vision to reality.  

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Assisting customers with the selection of their home interior and exterior colours, fixtures, and fittings
  • Providing timely correspondence to customers and responding to enquiries
  • Presenting the costings and any variations to the customers
  • Preparing the detailed paperwork for the construction team including plan markups
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
Essentially you will have:
  • Experience working as a selection consultant, colour consultant or interior designer or a similar position  
  • A passion for the industry and a natural design flair
  • Superior customer service skills required and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk to a range of stakeholders
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Strong problem solver with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and a self-starter
