The Company
Monica Clare has partnered with Reliable Conveyor Belt who are an independent, Australian owned Company with their head office based in Beresfield. They have been improving Conveyor reliability since 1973. With offices and workshops up and down the East Coast.
They are seeking a System Analyst/Administrator to join the team and champion the ERP System. The team all have long tenure and have a relaxed environment that values its employee's time and their work-life balance.

The Role
The Systems Analyst/Administrator is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of the ERP system.
  • ERP maintenance and administration
  • System troubleshooting
  • Supporting staff and stakeholders with system queries and accuracy
  • Data Analysis and interpretation
  • Support the team with process improvement solutions
  • Communication with senior managers and stakeholders
Skills & Experience
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience
  • Experience with Dynamics Nav
  • Ability to analyse data and systems to provide recommendations and feedback
  • Financial and purchasing knowledge/background
  • Translating technology and simplifying technical terms into clear language 
  • Composure under pressure, patience with stakeholders.
  • Process improvement experience is desirable
