Our newest face in property and sales recruitment, Kathie Bowtell

In today’s blog we take a moment to welcome our newest face in recruitment, Kathie Bowtell. Her key focus will be to provide true expertise working on roles in the property and sales professions; and, guiding those professionals land their dream jobs.

Kathie joins us at Monica Clare Recruitment having worked in real-estate as a leading sales consultant. With 15 years of real-estate sales experience behind her, Kathie has sold countless properties in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens region, making a huge impact on so many lives in the local community as well as boosting overall sales for the companies she has worked with.

Despite loving working with people to find them their next home, Kathie was ready to dive head-first into a new challenge. She made the jump into recruitment with all guns-blazing and the goal of transferring her passion for customer satisfaction to her role in recruitment.

“It’s nice when you get to maneuver yourself into positions where you can live your passion.”

Her dedication for helping people and truly listening to the concerns of others was the catalyst for her decision and has so far been the best decision, with her enjoying every minute of it.

“You can come into people’s lives and impact them in a positive way, and that’s something I’ve really loved in my short time here at Monica Clare Recruitment.”

It is this dedication, compassion and drive for clients and candidates that makes Kathie such an integral part of the Monica Clare Recruitment team.

“As a recruiter you get to be a cheerleader for your clients, and this has been as aspect of my role that I really appreciate!”
