This success is not just luck, it’s because we listen, learn and work hard to ensure we find the right candidate for the role, and the right role for the candidate. Not surprisingly, this approach has resulted in a lot of great relationships. Many of our clients don’t even advertise their roles anymore; they just come straight to us.
Because 95% of our placement stay well beyond their probation period, we’re happy to guarantee yours will too. If they don’t, we’ll replace them for free – no matter how long your probation period. If for any reason you are still unsure that your new employee will be right for you at the end of their probation period; and you decide to extend their probation period; we will be right there with you and we will extend our guarantee accordingly.
Most recruitment agencies charge 15% – 25%. We charge only 12% for exclusive roles. And you can pay it in instalments, to better suit your cash flow. We can do this because we are selective with the roles we work on and will only work with committed clients. This means we only work on a handful of roles at a time, and we can afford to give 100% to every one of them – so you pay less and get more.
